Massive clique amongst senior management. Many examples of people being forced out if their face doesn't fit. No understanding of people's personal and professional situations during the recent merger. The famous 'MEC-ness' is a thing of the past. Working hours are totally ridiculous. Work life balance is non existent in certain roles.
