There is a large focus on training and accessibility, and any questions that aren't already addressed do get resolved and updated very quickly.

From a Care Coordinator perspective I truly do not have any cons. I returned to Waymark after taking a year off for myself and they have been nothing but understanding and supportive.

The company is very clear on the mission to improve outcomes for patients with Medicaid - not just lip service, as they track and report on outcomes regularly. Leadership is also very practical, no ego, and experienced. Culture of trust and transparency makes this a great place to grow
