Waymark as a good pulse on what people need and aren't afraid to ask If its not defined. Don't think I expected this much freedom to share ideas, feedback, and evolve. Growth is an understatement here, as Waymark puts you in the driver's seat on where you want to go. Also the teams are REALLY kind and light hearted. The managers are ready to hear your ideas and teammates are always down for a quick connect on anything. Support is equally distributed and everyone takes the initiative to uplift others when they can.

With the development of advancing technology and growing client relationships, there is so much information to absorb which can feel like a blessing and a curse most of the time.
