The basic idea for the business, connecting people who need small jobs will people who do them, is a great idea.
Minpunten
The management has unrealistic ideas how long humans can work productively. They have little idea how long it takes to implement and debug anything. They do not understand good UI design. The company promotes quick development rather than good development, even at the cost of creating problems in the future. When I started work there, their existing code looked like it was something out of “How To Write Unmaintainable Code”.
