- Horrible working conditions. The “office” is a shed, leaky roof. Horrible bathrooms and almost no meeting rooms.
- Lacks basic working tools. Pure chaos and not in a good way. No phones of any kind on the premises.
- People attrition/turnover is through the roof. People leave in droves, upward of 15 employees can leave in a given month.
- No HR, horrible salaries and no career progression of any kind. They just expect people to leave before any talks can take place.
- No trips to the conferences except to the Web Summit itself where you have to share a room with 3 other people in a horrible hostel.
- Toxic working environment, management completely out of touch with the pulse of the company.
- Would not recommend this place at all to anyone.
