The floors for strategists are dead silent, and when I did make friends and had 5 minute conversations with them during the work day my manager said I was "distracting" my coworkers -had ~50 hours of at-home work in order to be considered for a promotion -They highly encourage you to post the perks on your social media (they also ask for every one of your social media accounts and then follow your accounts including Instagram, Twitter and TikTok) -overall just a very fake environment. It is advertised like they have fun (you can), however socializing and forming real relationships with your coworkers is seen as unproductive.
