Thinking hard but still not able to find any reasonable good point. Expect some of teammate was very helpful. Good for freshers only who want to work more than 10 hrs

CEO treats employees like machines or at best, he wants one person can handle 3-4 task at one time without expecting salary. He will force you to work more then 12 hours a day then he will be happy. Company have no Plan for the future. Product is bad to work with. They allow 15 CL + 5 SL per year but when you ask for sudden leave, they will look at you like you asked for their Kidney. No health insurance, no food, no outing, no activity, no bonus, no yearly hikes etc. They prefer to hires only interns and then expect them to work like an experienced professional and in returns offering Peanut. I got to know from other team members, he is an IIT pass-out but he have no future plan and management skills. Beware if you are joining this company as a fresher. Join this company even if you have no options in hand.
