Pluspunten
It is an amazing environment to work for freshers. The selection process is simple, all you need to be good at are your grammar basics and English conversation. The growth is synergetic, and they gradually groom you to take up bigger responsibilities. The office culture is extremely casual, and anyone just out of college will find themselves at home. They pay you well enough for you to be satisfied being a fresher. No hierarchy at the company and the owner, Mr. Jitendra Agarwal is pretty accessible.
Minpunten
No paid leaves. Only second and fourth Saturday off. It is a startup, and it comes along with all with the downsides of it. The environment can be too casual sometimes, and the loud music and banter can get to you.
The biggest downside I felt was the fact that beyond a point there is no growth prospect in the company., You can't see yourself sticking around for a very long time. Stagnation is reached quickly and then you will find nothing to look forward to.
Another downside is the haphazardness of rules. You might find the upper management bending the rules for some and sticking to them for some. So watch your step and make sure you are not at the receiving end of this.
