Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback! I agree with you that we have several opportunities ahead. Many of these align directly with our H2 Objectives; however, I believe it may also help to clarify a few of the points you’ve called out in your review.
As you’ve mentioned, over the last year, Webflow has grown significantly. Not only in headcount but by extending our global footprint to welcome team members in new countries worldwide. However, where bottlenecks are removed due to extra hands in some areas, complexity is increased, and new bottlenecks are created in others. I’m happy to share that, as we continue to enhance the fantastic culture, growth and development, and rewards programs that enable our team members, we’ll also focus on additional investments that operationalize our systems, programs, and processes for scale as Webflow continues to grow.
I can confirm that we regularly benchmark compensation to ensure that our current practices align both with our philosophy at Webflow and remain competitively aligned to the market. There’s no question that, in some areas, we’ve observed the market outpace benchmarking data. This development is not unique to Webflow; however, we are actively working to assess newly available data, iterate where appropriate, and ensure that our compensation practices remain competitive and equitable globally. To this note, it’s essential to recognize that compensation, benefits, and even time away programs vary by country, both statutory and customary. We’ll continue to design our practices to enable our Webflowers globally, but in a manner that best addresses each country and the legal compliance therein.
