- Anand (CEO) is probably the most immature CEO I have ever seen. He has no idea how to talk to people, how to plan products, or how to admit when he made a mistake. - Anand won't admit half the time he asked for a feature. And then he goes on to blame the team for doing work in an uncoordinated fashion. - The whole management is now addicted to this toxic culture of shouting openly without any logic and not with a motive to resolve a problem but to get their own frustration out - If you were expecting to find some cool tech new product being built, keep looking. It's only maintenance. - They don't support work from home, it's equivalent to taking a leave but you are supposed to work. - No office celebrations, no parties. - Late working hours with no over-time payment - Alternative Saturdays are working, which wasn't the case earlier.
