Work messages ring 24/7, coworkers text you at 2:30 am, supervisor emails you at 1:23 am on Saturday. Salary workers are not paid for overtime. There is a time record system for wage workers, their overtime is paid, however, will be easily pushed to quit due to higher labor cost. All those facts have never been told at any interviews, what they say is 9 to 5:30 with 30% possibilities overtime. Of course, they do so intentionally. Some people in your team are not well-trained, frequent spreadsheet errors, task delays, out of stock, and always looking for others to blame. Speak up for yourself never works, later you will receive isolation, abuse, micromanagement, and relocate to a warehouse 50+ miles away from where you live. Many current and former employees have been mistreated. The turnover rate is extremely high due to the toxic company culture. Most resignations are within 6 months. Work over 1 year is considered as LONG. This company has grown rapidly since the COVID-19 pandemic, making fast and giant profits, however very poor fundamental balance and management.
