This has created an environment where finger-pointing is common and collaboration suffers, leaving teams in uncomfortable positions. Sales leadership in particular appears to lack strong exposure to the space, which can make it difficult for new ideas or different professional backgrounds to be considered. Diversity across leadership and sales remains limited, with a noticeably male-dominated structure. Communication from some members of management can come across as borderline inappropriate, which impacts overall trust and psychological safety.
