Haven't seen any career advancement. It's a project-base jobs so if company doesn't have many projects going on, that means you also have no job. They have high and low seasons and it's hard to predict your income. They keep hiring more employees in case they have high volume of projects. Definitely not a job if you're looking for transition to a full-time.
