Where to start. This is a credit driven organization . You work to enrich the lives of the 2 co CEOs . The CFO has the power. There is no pay for performance. You could be the top rep and still make less than average at any other company . I wasted more than 5 years here hoping things would change but they will not .

Team in the Missouri Branch was incredible. Warehouse and Sales Teams were great to work with. It felt like home. Sharla and Steve were great resources to someone new to the industry.

Minpunten

Industry did not seem ready for change. It is very difficult for a younger generation to be accepted. As a female who was making a positive impact, I was met with rumors started be competitors who did not want to see someone like me succeed.
