Great leadership, community-driven, most staff live in the community. Flexible hours and great office space. Supportive team. If you want to be a part of improving systems and community development, this is a great place to be.

Minpunten

Pay and benefits are ok, but could be better. It's hard to stay a long time at this pay level.
