Very low expectations. If you are a under performer you will fit right in.

Minpunten

Poor management. The owner is 100% of the problem with the company. The former owner knew how to run a business. This one has created a culture of slacking off and doing less than the best. People go home early because they see management doing this. The owner never shows up except once per month where he is befuddled as to why the company isn't doing better

The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business, and are engaged with employees at all levels. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in allowing for a great deal of autonomy and creativity in my position. Senior management encourages and promotes personal professional development for all employees. Professional, hardworking and high integrity employees give the company a very high customer retention and repeat-business rating. The company is in growth mode through strategic acquisitions and just moved in to the new office space on Main Street in Speedway. The senior leadership team is loyal to employees, and has invested in them heavily.

Minpunten

With Wilcox's current growth, naturally there have been some challenges in upgrading processes and internal systems. However, attention and effort are being applied to the appropriate areas and the end result will be a highly efficient company in all aspects, from Human Resources to Accounting to Sales to Project Management.
