This company goes through people very swiftly so don't get too comfy or develop any friendships. Long hours of work expected. Very little room for growth within the company. Hard work of talented developers and others is undermined by decisions of upper management. The management policy is try to rule by fear, so expect meetings to involve yelling, insults and threats.
