The pay is good for this area but not at the cost to your body and mental health.

Its always at least 20 degrees hotter than outside when working so this only is a good thing when it's negative degrees out. The higher ups don't exactly care about you unless you've been there 20 years and they stifle creativity. Feels like working with a bunch of high school girls even though they are all grown men.
