Pay was pretty decent overall

Managers in line management positions who have no business being there (either not competent for it or have no people skills). Promised a lot at interview (hence deciding to move here) but it all did not happen - hybrid working was promised but not delivered; opportunities to manage a small team (having done this in previous role). No structure to the training at all. No development plans. People throwing you under the bus. A lot of people just out for themselves. They say all the right things regarding mental health but do not support you at all.

Friendly team and easy communication with colleagues

Project ID 3159. I do not recommend working on this site. There is no lift, and all materials have to be carried up the stairs from the basement to the top floor. I spoke with several managers to find a way to move the boxes upstairs, but I was told I have to carry them myself. I Guess the hoist is only for show. I have to carry around 12 boxes of 15kg to each floor. If you want to protect your health, avoid this site.
