Great company initially, made very welcome, great team of people in EU CS group, very passionate about the products, watched out for each other, and very supportive team generally

Has grown too quickly, business units are now siloed. No cross-department communication, making client facing roles outside of US extremely difficult. Threw people at a problem and are now getting rid of their best people or those that didn't "fit" within the company. Naive leadership team (all US based) who have grown up with the company. Not one member of the leadership team is experienced in running a company or managing people. They also do not like any criticism. Need senior managements based in EU to more understand the local market.
