It is a job, and you will get paid. There is generally a good working relationship amongst the employees as well.

Minpunten

Ideas MUST come from the boss. If you have an idea of your own, you'll have to bait him into coming up with it, or it will certainly be shot down. Management decisions change frequently and without warning so be prepared to complete a project only to find out that it was complete waste of work. Employees are not trained, but expected to fully understand the business and complex software right away.

One thing I really appreciate is how open and honest everyone is. In my role as a specialist my main task is to turn the company's goals into documents that the team can easily grasp. I value the feedback I receive as it helps me improve my work. The team's transparency in this regard is something worth mentioning.

While it can be challenging to find ground on objectives at times we always manage to find solutions.
