Pluspunten

All in all, it wasn't too bad. As an SDR the expectation would be 100 calls per day, with the only goal to be booking a meeting with an AE. Seems easy enough, right? Well, these cold calls don't take kindly to us repeatedly calling day after day, with the meeting not typically being relevant. On the other hand, I enjoyed working from home and the people I worked with. The flexibility was nice and the management wasn't too micromanaging.

Other roles such as AEs are booking meetings too, so they give the most qualified accounts to them. SDRs get the bottom of the barrel in terms of leads and even if they aren't qualified they push for you to book a meeting, just to keep calendars full.

In case you’re wondering if this is a good place to start a sales career, look elsewhere. Really poor management and opportunities for growth. This company actually made me dislike sales for a while. Best decision ever was switching companies.
