WorkFlex is an incredible place to work, especially if you're someone who thrives in a startup environment. There’s a lot of work, but the rewards make it all worth it. The leadership is strong, with a clear focus on both clients and the team. The career growth and learning opportunities are abundant, as the company is growing fast, and I still find myself learning something new every day. One of the biggest perks is the flexibility—being able to work from anywhere in the world and having flexible working hours. The compensation is fair, and the VSOPs are a great bonus. The team is highly skilled, as the recruitment process is rigorous, and teamwork is fantastic. We also get to participate in cool offsites multiple times a year, which are always a highlight. If I had to suggest something, I’d say it would be nice to have even more offsites and team events, but overall, this is a fantastic place to build something great from the ground up!

The workload can be quite high, but this is to be expected from a startup. People who have worked in similar environments will understand this. That said, it’s definitely worth it given the opportunities and rewards.

Due to dynamic growth the usual growth pains: Some internal processes need improvement Certain elements are not developed yet (e.g. benefits could be more and better adjusted according to the region where people live) Certain people take over administrative responsibilities that are beyond their usual work scope which is understandable but at the same time it can also create more workload (will probably be addressed by hiring more people in administrative roles soon)
