-strong marketing/sales alignment: sequences and campaign lists are seamless -great presence at events, exciting events to attend -Executive team is thoughtful, always willing to help, active in sales cycles, helps BDRs with booking meetings with other executives, and NICE -sales team works very collaboratively, do not feel a sense of internal competition -there is a strong interest in our product in the market, people are willing to talk to us and want to learn about co-selling strategy -product updates weekly are very informative

Minpunten

-at times there can be tension with what we actually know about our product -not quite sure yet about the exact career paths that are laid out as a BDR

If you are someone who likes to take ownership of your projects, the leadership gives you the autonomy to do so.

Minpunten

As with any fast-growing company, the work-life balance can be a bit of a moving target. There are "crunch" periods where the pace is very intense, and the internal processes are still evolving, so you have to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity. It’s not a 9-to-5 "clock in, clock out" kind of environment, but the impact you make is visible.
