Work life and family life is highly respected Co-Workers are hard working and care about their team members

Minpunten

Upper Management is disconnected with what is really happening and does not have the desire to stay in step with the expected Workday Culture. The majority of employees in Finance are salaried employees yet still must turn in time sheets. Working from home is only an option for some people in some departments. There is no "give" in work hours. Pay and titles are given to favorites and very little upward movement is even offered. Jobs are posted AFTER upper Management has already made a hiring decision. Rarely are these management jobs open or offered to those already in the Workday environment. Talent is wasted and squashed by Upper Managements inability to see what is in front of them.

Great culture at the peer to peer level. Excellent learning opportunities, good benefits and great name for resume.

Minpunten

Pretend to be transparent but a lot of smoke & mirrors. Significant cuts to comp plans & commissions that resulted in challenging pay cuts. While salaries were not reduced the OTE is no longer achievable and it’s a difference of thousands monthly, can’t even sell stock because it’s tanked. That being said, we’re disappointed in comp and stock but grateful to be employed because It’s no longer a matter of if you’ll be laid off but when.
