They are willing to break promises that dramatically negatively impact their employees lives with no regard for whether those decisions make sense. It wasn’t always like this but it seems to be the way of things now with the new Co-CEO.

Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
