Disorganized, there was too much unnecessary information provided, and at the same time, not enough to do my job. Deadlines were unrealistic, and there seemed to be constant confusion about why certain processes were put in place. Constant structural changes made it hard to know where your position stood. My role and others were eliminated because the company joined the layoff bandwagon. Then my role was reposted again not too long after, except this time for hybrid work. Again, another company joining the "I need you in the office, so I can see what you're doing" club.
I get it from a business standpoint. But if you have valued talent, and you sell recognition software and market to corporations on how to retain employees, you might want to do your best to practice what you preach.
