Pluspunten
- Very flexible with WFH as Denmark based company - Good product, easy to learn and can see the benefits of using it - Fantastic team members, who all are super committed to the company and to each other - Great hygge policy, monthly outings, lunches provided, and nice office space. - Decent pay for London wage - Great yearly meet up in Denmark in September. - Initially, thought it was the best job I had ever had - was so disappointed in how it went.
Minpunten
- If you leave this company, you will be excommunicated with no contact with anyone inside the walls. - Massive layoffs caused by lack of funding, which they had previously lied about the status of (18 a week before Christmas in 2022!!!!) - Demonisation of staff who have left of their own terms - Nepotism at the top, all C-level members are either related or best friends, meaning there is no way to give feedback without shooting yourself in the foot. - Horrendous management at the base level, constantly lied to and effectively told to put up and shut up. - Denmark team run all HR and L&D for all other offices, meaning DK is often prioritised and other teams are not run to a good standard - with no way to report issues with managers in your own offices. - People actively let go for being 'disloyal' or 'negative' about the company. - Career opportunities are far and few between - then prioritised for Denmark staff. - NO diversity whatsoever - mostly white men - Not getting the funding they need, so would recommend not joining a sinking ship. - Managers not accepting the root problems, and C-Level take any criticism as personal attack. - Incredibly slow to hire, and an ignorance to essential roles that need to be filled - leaving teams with incredibly intense workloads. - Let most of the finance team go, meaning there were two people to manage tickets, payroll and internal payees. - NO warnings or PIPs before firing, just let staff go.
