The company is understaffed and puts a lot of the work onto the sales staff without providing them resources. The lack of bonus structure makes it hard to stay motivated,

Very easy going and not so fast paced. Also no one is breathing down your neck about finishing your work. Mon-Fri which is great and weekend/holidays off.

The pay is very low and not so much of a raise or moving up positions in this company.
