Pluspunten

Competitive Benefits at low employee cost Lots of training and time given for it. Reasonable billable utilization goals Excellent Telecommute Policy-mobile workforce People know your name. Good medium sized company Good travel policy (per diem, book your own flights etc) Some choice in smart phone selection (ie. iPhone) Work hard, play hard culture, your manager can buy you lunch or have happy hours. Opportunities to work on basically everything that Cisco sells and lots of other vendors as well. People are nice and will go the extra mile if you are in a jam. Culture of customer satisfaction above all.

Minpunten

Tendency to overwork people, particularly frequent travelers or those working for major clients. Frequent reorganizations Mobile employees are sometimes left out when it comes to big events and can lack necessary face time with management to advance careers.

Pluspunten

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Minpunten

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
