Apart from that, most of the company culture I encountered showed lack of integrity, lack of basic understanding of statistics, or both. It is a very political environment, in the bad sense of the word. I guess that it wasn't always like that, but the few good people that I knew who were still doing research there were highly unhappy or already left. Absurdly long non compete.
