Pluspunten

The product. It's fun. If you get to sell it...

Minpunten

The company benefits aren't great. The work hours are ridiculous 08:30-17:30 with only time away to eat lunch for 15 mins or so! No work life balance at all when having to attend exhibitions, getting home at 21:00 at night and having to be back in the office at 08:30 again. Targets are not realistic either.

Pluspunten

Meaningful work with students – Supporting educational travel and seeing students experience new places can be genuinely rewarding. Hands-on, fast-paced environment – Great for people who enjoy being on their feet, problem-solving in real time, and managing multiple priorities. Travel exposure – Opportunity to work in different locations and gain experience coordinating logistics on the ground. Skill development – Builds strong skills in customer service, crisis management, communication, and coordination under pressure. Team camaraderie – Fellow coordinators are often supportive, collaborative, and bonded by shared long days and challenges.

Minpunten

Hours – Days can be extremely long, extending early mornings through late nights. Seasonal / temporary nature – Limited long-term growth or advancement opportunities within the role.

Pluspunten

- Some nice team members

Minpunten

- In the time I was contracted 4 rounds of layoffs were done in key departments, HR being on of them. - Layoffs are done annually and intentionally at the end of the year. During the HOLIDAYS! - Inexperienced leadership, leadership is chosen based on popularity contests. The more inexperienced, the higher the chance of climbing up the ladder. Team members with vast more experience and seniority, passed on. - Phrases commonly used: “Stupid Idea” “Waste of Time” “Below my pay grade” “Above my pay grade” “Don’t speak to X” “Don’t do Y” (But Y is literally in your job description) - They hire contractors via third party to test out leadership. If leadership is not qualified, leader is placed on PIP and contractor terminated. - Everyone is afraid to speak, most speak openly about wanting to leave and applying to other jobs
