Pluspunten
As the title says, we have an awesome culture here, we hire great people, and overall, Worldlynx is an amazing Company to work for! Since we are a fairly new and lean organization, there is ample opportunity to provide suggestions for improvement, and to really make your mark on projects, new processes, etc. I love the autonomy I have in my role because you don't have to jump through hoops to make things happen. If you're the type of person who wants to 1. have FUN at work, 2. have work-life balance, and 3. enjoy what you do every day by being challenged, then you should consider working for Worldlynx.

A pension would be nice, but again, since we are a fairly new and lean organization these types of things are sometimes unrealistic to have right away, but I know this is something that the company is looking into, because they do value their employees.
