It's about the bottom line at Wright. You will be paid a poor wage for specialized work and will be expected to work OT. The poor wage is necessary to run their employees into the ground. Poor management and you are not cared about in production. Inappropriate behavior demonstrated by managers, attempted to fraternize with low level employees while in a position of power.

The way to run into a downside at this company would be to intentionally not get involved. Working together is the way to go!
