I recently went through the interview process with this company, which included multiple rounds along with task-based assessments. I approached everything with full professionalism and delivered the assigned tasks to a high standard. However, after completing the process, all communication suddenly stopped. Despite follow-ups, there was no response or closure provided. This lack of basic communication reflects poorly on the hiring process. Additionally, the nature of the tasks assigned felt quite extensive and closely aligned with real client/project work. Candidates should be mindful of the time and effort they invest, especially when there is no structured feedback or response afterward. A transparent and respectful hiring process is the minimum expectation. I hope the company improves its communication and ensures candidates are treated with fairness and professionalism.
