- Worst experience of my career so far - Terrible work/lifebalance - Some managers are evil, all the way to C-level - A terrible bully culture - One colleaguegot bullied to leave during her pregnancy - HR is a joke, not helpful if you have an issue - Lack of direction, declining user growth, sales pressure - Lack of innovation - Glory days are over

great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production
