Closed door Cypriot managers orchestrate everything. The company is very trusted with traditional Forex traders, so they generate a huge revenue. Meanwhile account managers are on base salary while handling hundreds of accounts, and literally asking for a 50eur raise in every meeting. The whole thing is very cringe, so surreal and weird. No growth.
