The company still has many dedicated, hardworking employees who keep operations moving forward, but there is a growing concern that experienced, long‑tenured staff are being pushed out and replaced rather than supported or retained. This trend impacts morale and creates uncertainty about how employee experience is valued.

Leadership emphasizes that family comes first, but current workload expectations and staffing levels do not align with that message. The company’s long‑term direction and priorities are unclear, making it difficult for teams to plan effectively or understand how their work supports broader goals.

Being heavily recruited to join the company, and being let go after a handful of months, was not cool at all. The severance (two weeks) was an embarrassment. Given that they struggled to pay their vendors - leading them on month after month was a shame.
