You’re allowed to explore areas like technical role, customer support, marketing and SEO, counseling, etc., and once you find your niche, you get ample support from the team to specialise in it. *Never ending learning: It has been more than a year since I started working here and I still learn something new everyday *You do not need to be the best: Hard work is really appreciated here. And from what I have experienced, they do not demand you to be the best. Rather, you putting your best efforts into your work is encouraged. *The team: It is a small team, yeah. But all of them are highly motivated and they challenge me to push harder and become better.
