A Sales Executive needs to find an inner motivation as many of the offices now require that the employees work from home. That means you do do have near the good water cooler conversations that you had in the past.

This job requires at least 60 plus hours per week to be successful. Younger people need to really pay attention to the retirement benefits as they have been greatly reduced. Do not rely on the promises of Xerox, but, make sure that you have your own additional plans that will take care of you in retirement.
