12h shift with only benefit in office is free water/coffee Out of 12 people required for our team we had 8, 2 of who are trainees, 1 constantly missing on study leave, sick leaves, vacations etc. So in the end it was 1-2 people on shift with heavy amounts of workload.

It's a rather small company where everyone knows each other. Therefore you are not just a number.

Minpunten

It could be quite hectic sometimes because it's not a traditional airline but an ACMI operator. One year, you're flying close to home and another year, you're on the other side of the world. That's not for everyone.
