People are generally pleasant, perhaps due to relatively small office where everyone knows each other. Healthy working hours. People usually leave work on time. Unique culture; unlike any typical Japanese company.
Minpunten
Company does not seem very interested in attracting local talent. Culture, language barrier between Japanese and non-Japanese employees. Local employees tend to feel disconnected from the company / senior management. Company head(s) who are Japanese, do not seem motivated to make themselves available / approachable to local staff.
