Constantly changing dynamic environment with some employees being engaged with their roles and standing behind what the company mission is. The diverse culture is a wonderful experience that can only really be experienced at a company like YPO, it is truly unique. After time, YPO began to feel like a family, lots of good people looking out for each other. I remember late night discussions of cultural differences, it was wonderful and I treasure those experiences, I feel lucky I was able to be a part of it.

We agree that YPO is unique and having colleagues in over 20 countries in addition to members in 140+, allows for a truly amazing working environment. Change is always necessary at YPO, due to the members' needs and focus, plus the world we live in also changing year after year. Every decision made is carefully thought out and with our associates top of mind. We are sorry there seems to have been some changes that did not seem to work out well but thank you for highlighting your concerns. All feedback is good feedback and can be used to help us improve!
