This ethos helps to progress your career and you as an individual. 5. The office environment is stress-free and relatively relaxed. 6. Hard work never goes unnoticed and rewards can be surprisingly good.

Cons are quite less, they are: 1. You might sometimes be assigned work that can be outside of your official job title. 2. Remuneration could be better.

Pluspunten

It's a very energetic startup. I love cars and I learned a lot. All the people inside YallaMotor were Petrolheads and I did always find someone to talk about cars! People I reported were friendly and supportive.

Minpunten

Since it's a startup sometimes you need to manage things like "by yourself" Please don't take me wrong. I did always find support from the management. But in some situations, you just need to come up with the idea to make something happen.
