You also get "tip share" which means when drivers get tipped $100 they can choose to share a portion of that with the rest of the staff. no drug testing, even though the application says they do. can get away with just about anything if the "manager" on duty likes you.

Most drivers keep 99% of the tips and complain when asked to share, even though you do all the real work deli: overworked, garbage/miniscule tips, rude customers, underpaid store clerk: no cons, easy job, text on your phone and stand around all day driver: makes lots in tips and don't really need to share
