Pluspunten
This is my first job, and I was hired after graduating college with no job/internship experience -- I like that they give young engineers a chance here. I work with a great group of like-minded engineers in my age range who all have similar interests, hobbies, and good work ethic. To me, this is more important than making a little more money somewhere else. Also, Less than 6 months after I was hired on full time, I was sent to Germany for 2 weeks for training/networking.
Minpunten
This facility is relatively young, and is still in its growing stages; thus, sometimes I have to be a jack of all trades to get done what needs to be done. Due to the rapid rate of growth there are some issues with company organization/communication which are still being ironed out, but I am optimistic that in time the company will become more mature and well-established.
