I've been with the company for many years and don't have many negative things to say about ZLC. I think generally, working toward and focusing on diversity and women in leadership is the catalyst for innovation and business success.

Central location, perks like corporate discounts/cool events from time to time

For staff that have been here for a while, the work environment is pretty good, however, for newer staff there isn't much job security and most staff are underpaid.
