Can't keep employees, because its bad management, pay, environment, and they lie on day one! I've never been tricked into a wage agreement in my entire life, but there's always time to be surprised in this day in age! You're interviewed a wage is discussed HOURLY, but they disguise the wage as total salary for the year but will never see part of you "supposed to be hourly wage" if you leave at any time. I was told $19 per hour during my interview, which is actually low for me, but $21 after getting licensed (in your own time in Kaplan University courses). People walk out of this company daily and management is to blame! They state open door policy, but that's a complete lie. You speak up about anything, anyone, or even the training and they will terminate your employment as retaliation. You won't even know they discharged you because they will "no called ID' call your phone when they know your still in the building and can't answer before leaving at the end of your shift, then deactivate your badge. You will not see the complete hourly wage of your pay! I would have never accepted a job offer willingly knowing I won't get my total hourly wage if I were no longer there. No one works a job these days for so low of pay! Abd, this is not an Insurance Company! It's a third party who services actual insurance companies. They don't tell you everything to keep you in the dark. The bad reviews from employees are completely true! I read one and it was exactly what I experienced. Your paid only twice a month. The 15th and last day of each month, and you will only see 1/12 of the other part of your pay if you last a month! Crazy right?! You have been warned! if you go to work there then, it's your own fault that you didn't believe the reviews!

Our compensation structure is communicated during the hiring process and includes both base pay and, for certain roles, performance-based earnings. Earnings are not withheld or forfeited based on employment status, and all compensation is paid in accordance with established payroll practices. If there was any confusion during your process, that is something we would want to understand and address. You also mentioned concerns around training, management interaction, and the open door policy. Those are areas we take seriously. Employees are encouraged to raise questions or concerns, and retaliation for doing so is not consistent with our expectations or policies. At the same time, we recognize that individual experiences can differ, and feedback like this is important to review. As part of our ongoing efforts, we regularly gather anonymous employee input through third-party surveys. In our most recent survey, conducted as part of the 2026 Best Places to Work process, the majority of employees reported being highly engaged and supported in their roles . That does not discount your experience, but it does help us identify where there may be gaps between intent and execution. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.
