As a experience person If you want to spoil your career then you can join Zaptech. Zaptech really don't have any kind of knowledge apart from full day throw boasting like Zaptech knows everything bla bla, But in actually Zaptech don't have 10% of sense like what the things going on and how Zaptech can correct it, Even sometime if his mind out of control Zaptech can do any kind of your insulting whether you are working on any position, Zaptech never do respect of anybody. Zaptech is always looking 24 *7 hours supportive developer in each employee. Let's discuss about Zaptech policy for employees: - There is compulsory 10% deduction of your salary which you could get after completion of 14 months which includes tax deduction as well, Apart from that if you leave your job after completion of 18 months then in that case you will get first 12 months 10% variable pay only, You will complete loss 6 months variable salary. - Regarding leave without pay (LWP) deduction you might never heard such deduction For example if your salary is 50000 RS per month and you have used 2 LWP then your deduction they will calculate your salary like Salary 50000/22 working days Rs 2272 per day salary now 2272 * 2 = 4544 it's your 2 days LWP salary deduction. Such kind of plunder policy are there. - There is no such job security they can ask you anytime don't come office from tomorrow, Sometimes even on same day they refused you.

Disappointed with the post-employment experience. My Full & Final (FNF) settlement has remained pending for several months despite multiple follow-ups and no clear resolution. I hope the company improves its employee exit and settlement processes going forward.
