My coworkers and Managers felt like a family
I felt supported and was able to make good connections
At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.
There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
